Before You Book
Each seating welcomes up to six guests. Reservations are made by the seat, so you may share the experience with guests from another party.
Our seasonal menu is prepared in advance. We may be able to accommodate some dietary needs with advance notice, depending on the nature of the request. If you have a dietary restriction or food allergy, please contact us before booking so we can let you know what may be possible. We cannot guarantee against cross contamination.
Guests ages 12 and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 are welcome when the entire six guest seating is reserved by the same party.
We encourage guests to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their scheduled seating so you can settle in and enjoy the full experience.
Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 72 hours before your scheduled seating. Because ingredients and other items are ordered in advance based on reservations, cancellations within 72 hours and no shows are nonrefundable. We appreciate as much notice as possible if you’re unable to attend.
On rare occasions, illness or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a scheduled service. If The Tea Room needs to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. We will also provide information about rebooking so we can hopefully welcome you for another service soon.
