Signature Tea Service
The Tea Room Signature Tea Service is our take on afternoon tea, shaped weekly by rotating blends and seasonal bites that keep each visit feeling fresh and distinct.
Our service begins with a guided tasting of specialty loose-leaf teas selected for the season. Led by our Curator, you’ll explore what makes each one compelling on its own and enjoy how they come together as a layered tasting experience.
From there, you’ll choose a tea from our full collection for your personal pot and settle into a progression of petite bites, each thoughtfully paired and shaped by locally sourced ingredients.

A Guided Tea Tasting
Begin with a welcome drink before joining our Tea Curator at the tea bar for a guided tasting of three distinct loose-leaf teas. Explore their aromas, flavors, origins, and the unique qualities that shape each selection.

Each 90 minute Signature Tea Service unfolds in three parts, from a guided exploration of tea to your personal pot and a progression of seasonal bites.

Your Personal Pot
Following the tasting, return to your table and select a tea from our full collection that best suits your personal taste. Your selection is freshly brewed and served as your own personal pot to enjoy for the remainder of your visit.
03 | Savor
Seasonal Accompaniments
Alongside your tea, enjoy a progression of seasonal accompaniments beginning with a freshly baked scone and selections of locally sourced jams, honeys, and other accompaniments. Two additional petite bites follow throughout your service.

Our seasonal menu is thoughtfully prepared in advance and is served as presented. Because of the nature of our service, we are not able to accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies at this time.
